Re: THANKYOU! THANKYOU! THANKYOU!!
I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to you and your team for the wonderful job you have done on our pool – We absolutely love it!!! Our girls are thrilled with it, and the compliments we have received from friends and family are a testament to your hard work and organisation!
From the very beginning you have been very professional, and incredibly helpful. From walking through both our quote and other company’s quotes for us, to explaining all the benefits / risks (of glass v acrylic) to handling my neighbour as if he were your client. Your professionalism has been second to none!
As I have mentioned before, it was not your final figure on the quote that won you this job, it was your superior knowledge and obvious experience in pool building, particularly in relation to the window that was unequalled. You were also the only person who actually listened to me when I said “you are going to hit rock” and quoted me as if the whole pool was rock! All of this made our decision very easy as to who would build our pool and I am so glad we made the right decision in choosing Splish Splash Pools.
We particularly wary about building a pool having heard many a horror story, specifically in relation to quoted cost vs actual cost. However I am very happy that our final cost was a mere 1% different to the original quote, purely because there was less rock than I anticipated, which required slightly more steel. We have already spoken very highly of your company to others, and will continue to recommend Splish Splash to anyone even considering a pool.
I also wanted to make special mention of Antoine, he is a very valuable asset to your company and has been a true professional both in his dealings with us and our neighbour. From the very beginning, Antoine has kept us informed at every stage of the process, followed us up, chased the landscaper for me, dealt with the fence certifiers on my behalf, and even called in to check on small details such as when I mentioned there was a small crack in the concrete. Rather than just reassure me over the phone, he called in to check it out for himself, and then advised me it was only a hairline crack, and this is ok.
If only all organisations had an ‘Antoine’ !
